We collect user generated reviews on rootspresets.com and manually verify every review that is submitted. Any review that is fraudulent (e.g by someone who has not purchased a Roots product or is reviewing an item they do not own) will be deleted from our system. It is our promise  that every review seen on this website and our marketing channels (e.g Social media) is legit, authentic and genuine.
